- The housing is cast aluminum.
- The single-ended units can be actuated via a cable pull from one direction,
while the double-ended unit can be actuated from either direction. The palm
button version just needs to be pressed.
- The unit is mounted on the conveyor by drilling (4) 3/16" diameter holes.
- General purpose (weatherproof) units have (2) or (3) 1/2" NPS conduit openings.
- The units have dry, unpowered microswitches rated for 25A @ 120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 480 VAC.
- On cable break detection versions, special spring tensioning kits (included) provide stability due to temperature fluctuations, and ease of cable adjustment.
- The operating temperature range is -40ºF 篎 to 150ºF 篎 (-40ºC to 65ºC).
- The general purpose units are designed to meet NEMA 4/5 weatherproof and dust-tight.
