The model CMS-DSPO (Compact Motion Switch – Dual Setpoint Pulse Output) by Conveyor Components Company is a rugged and dependable loss of motion device for use on most rotating equipment; including overland conveyors, rotary valves, fans, crushers, delumpers, blenders, packaging equipment and other machinery. The CMS is available in a weatherproof or explosion-proof cast aluminum enclosure, with factory specified 120 VAC, 240 VAC or 24V AC/DC input power. This zero speed control has two dry, unpowered 5 amp DP/DT relays to allow the user to control 2 separate output functions. In addition, the unit provides a 12 PPR signal, or a special 50 PPR output upon request. The unit is bi-directional so it can operate in either direction, and is a direct-coupled device. Epoxy coating is also available for corrosive environments. Some models are UL and cULus Listed.
