QU'EST-CE QUE C'EST? Le modèle RMS est un détecteur de mouvement sans contact qui décèle le moment où un arbre rotatif a ralenti ou cessé de bouger. L'appareil peut être ajusté pour déceler la survitesse, la sous-vitesse ou la vitesse nulle. Les contacts de sortie du modèle RMS peuvent commander jusqu'à deux circuits séparés, un pour l'arrêt du convoyeur et l'autre pour l'alarme.
EST-CE NÉCESSAIRE? Le modèle RMS vous offre un moyen d'éteindre le matériel rotatif avant que des dommages ne se produisent. Il offre une protection à la jonction entre deux courroies de convoyeur, en particulier si l'une d'elle est défectueuse à cause d'une surcharge ou d'une déchirure.

- The controller is available in either a NEMA 1 or NEMA 4 (RMS-G) polycarbonate housing.
- The controller is available in either a 120 VAC, 240 VAC, or 24V AC/DC power input. Specify input voltage upon ordering.
- The sensor can be used in outdoor environments and is connected to the controller with a shielded twisted pair (Belden 8442).
- The maximum separation distance between controller and sensor is 200 feet.
- Each inductive sensor is supplied with 6 feet of electrical cable. Field splice for longer lengths.
- Input and output wiring done on internal screw terminal strip.
- The unit has a dry, unpowered DP/DT relay rated for 5A @ 120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 480 VAC.
- Target disks available, or use any ferrous metal to generate pulses.
- The operating temperature range is -50ºF to 150ºF (-45ºC to 66ºC).
